Pricing strategies

At FQbD we have two pricing strategies for our clients to choose from. We will explain this below on a very simple level in order to get a good impression of what is possible.

Hour rate

The client will hire us on an hourly rate for an x amount of months. The type of work is explained to us on forehand of what has to be done within a certain time period. We give an honest advice if this is possible or not. If we agree on the hour rate, timelines and what has to be done we will do our best to get it done but at the end it is the responsibility of the business to monitor these timelines and take action to achieve the milestones.

Fix price

The client will hire us for a fixed price for the entire period to get the job done.The client explains to us what has to be done within a certain time period. We give feedback if this can be achieved or not. If we think it is not possible we can talk about it in order to close the gap between your expectations and our assumptions on what is feasible or not from our perspective. If we come to an agreement we can set up a contract of what has to be done within a certain time period. We set up prerequisites in order to start the project and be finished on time. Most important is that the job will be done within a certain timeline and the result will met the expectations the business.
