FQbD is specialized for more than 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry (Organon/MSD/Sanofi/Novartis), mainly in the area of MES projects.
The main tasks are:
System design & implementation from basic requirements phase through to performance qualification. Designing MBR’s for packaging, bulk steriles and Biotech.
Co-ordination between end users, project team, vendors, engineering contractor, etc.Integrated testing of the MES, SAP, OsiPI and Delta V systems,
MBR’s validation. Providing training as required to client technical staff, future MBR creators and end users. Project duties such as project management and writing SOP’s/WI’s.
We know what the challenges are when the implementation of an MES system starts. We are a hands on company and get things done to for the customer in order to have a correct working MES system at the end of the project.
The are specialized in the following MES system, namely PAS-X (Werum) and PharmaSuite (Rockwell)
